We developed this device upon the request of the Braun company. The task was to find an interesting application area for their miniature gas cartridges. After several exciting concepts (e.g., hand warmers for cold weather and temperature regulators for the body), we finally found an interesting market niche: the mobility and usage problems of waxing devices. The solution was a wireless waxing device powered by gas instead of electricity. The success of the final product is evident as it made it to the top 10 shortlist of the BraunPrize and won the Hungarian Design Award. We further developed the concept, and a prototype of the product was created.
