The Hungarian brand has been producing its own recipe-based, brine-ripened, soft, natural cream cheeses since 2018. With excellent innovation and production integration, the dairy processor has implemented a unique 21st century production format. Their plant is characterised by sterile, automated, clean and fast technology. Raw milk goes in at one end of the line and the condensate with the set parameters comes out at the other, ready to be dispensed. Human hands first come into contact with the finished product only at the end of the process, during palletising.
Mooore cream cheese is thus shelved in a safe, airtight, pop-top design package. We have developed our products with special needs in mind, which is why they are also available in lactose-free version.
