The story

Inhalo DSI – Dry Salt Inhaler is an innovative, ergonomic, portable health salt inhaler product family for the upper respiratory tract. Made with 100% pure Parajd salt crystals. Our company developed the product. Seeing the outdated ceramic, elephant-shaped, products for sick children, our company created a new philosophy. Instead of focusing on illness, we designed a portable, pocket-size product family suitable for conscious city dwellers for preventative, pre-treatment purposes. With this approach, a lightweight, office desk, and child’s playroom-friendly, colorful pebble shape completely transformed the stereotypes surrounding salt inhalation. The nose version is a unique innovation on the market, and the replaceable salt cartridge ensures that the product is always fresh and hygienic to use. 

The details

Inhalo DSI is the third generation of our company’s development. From ceramic products to medical porcelain and plastic pendrive shapes, a very well–thought-out, interchangeable salt container, nose and mouth application final product family was born. The product aimed at users who focus on prevention and maintaining their lungs and respiratory system completely repositioned the practice of salt inhalation. Rehabilitation salt mines and lung care facilities have used similar products to treat established respiratory illnesses. These have been successful in the treatment of COPD, allergies, and asthma, and can also be used with medical treatments using natural salt crystals. Beyond the salt cabins found in wellness hotels, this product brings the effects of a mobile mini salt mine in a simple, small useable item that makes it suitable for regular daily use. The innovative trendy design and internal innovations set it apart from competitors. This mission was also recognized by the Red Dot Design Award with an honorable product category award. part of our culture of goods today. Positioning, usefulness, and the reasonable design, manufacture, and marketing of fast-consumption products are the responsibilities of responsible companies. Therefore, the product was developed with a circular economy approach, which resulted in our winning the EIT Climate KIC (European Institute of Innovation & Technology – Knowledge and Innovation Community) Year Pioneer Award. The essence of this was that we adapted the materials of certain elements of the product to their expected life cycle, thus the external PC (polycarbonate) casing, which can be used for up to 10 years despite wear resistance, received an internal PLA (PolyLactic Acid) material. The internal salt container has a life cycle of 3 months, during which time the biodegradable material can fully return to nature within the biological cycle at the end of its lifecycle.
