The story

During months of development with L’Oréal, we worked on defining the design values and foundational forms that would make the packaging not just a functional element but an integral and defining part of the product. As a result, we created a packaging concept that visually and functionally reflects the innovation of Colorsonic.

The details

Our studio aimed to create an interior packaging design for L’Oréal that is not merely a necessary accessory but a design element worthy of the product’s technological innovation. Using pulp molding technology, we developed a bento-like system that redefines the possibilities of the material and places it in a new context—harmonizing form, material, and usability to create an experience that conveys the product’s prestige from the very moment of unboxing.

During the packaging design process, we experimented with various materials, forms, and graphic solutions to find the concept that best expresses the product’s progressiveness. Our goal was to establish a visual identity that not only communicates innovation but also defines a new era of hair coloring.

We aimed to extend the formal and graphic values defined for the interior and exterior packaging to the additional accessories of the main product. Our goal was to create a cohesive, easily recognizable visual identity and a well-thought-out product identity within the L’Oréal brand—one that is both visually and functionally aligned with the innovation of Colorsonic.

Every step of the design process was dedicated to ensuring that Colorsonic is not just an innovative hair coloring device but a complete, unified visual and functional experience. Through the harmonious integration of material choices, structural solutions, and graphic elements, we developed a packaging and product identity that embodies L’Oréal’s progressive vision. We are proud that our collaboration resulted in a finished product that represents a new era of hair coloring—not only on store shelves but also in the hands of its users.
