The Eszter Pécsi Teacher Award recognizes outstanding high school educators who play a crucial role in guiding their students’ career choices. The award also aims to inspire high school girls to pursue careers in engineering and science. Our studio was responsible for designing the award’s complete visual identity and logo, including the development of its branding, graphic elements, and various applications.
When designing the visual identity of the award, the goal was to create a dynamic and youthful look that reflects Eszter Pécsi’s legacy and the award’s message. The logo’s central element is Eszter Pécsi’s portrait, presented as a delicate, feminine imprint that preserves authenticity and an inspiring presence. The typography is based on her signature, symbolizing the idea that she herself acknowledges and validates the work of educators.
A distinctive feature of the design is the postal stamp theme, evoking the idea of Eszter Pécsi sending a message from the past to inspire and support future generations. The visual identity blends postal colors with soft pink tones, ensuring a fresh and contemporary look. Complementary graphic elements draw inspiration from buildings linked to Eszter Pécsi’s work, with their line structures subtly incorporated as background patterns across various branding materials.
